The western most community in our Northern Kentucky choices, Burlington lies in the gentleman farmer area of Boone County and is the county seat.

Older homes mix with the new in a range of prices and the entire contryside is quiet but now noticeably undergoing strong growth.

Hebron is an older community but the same growth is apperent both north and south of this unincorporated area, where new residential subdivisions of single-family homes are springing up. This rapidly growing area has three northern subdivisions - Tree Top Subdivision, Rivershore Farms, and Parlor Grove Subdivisions. The average price of these homes range from $140 to $170,000. There is also scattered residential building south of Hebron.
