Stacked right along the Ohio River at the northeastern edge of the Northern Kentucky side of Cincinnati, these two communities offer turn-of-the-century homes combined with modest new building. Bellevue has industrial and commercial sections and is in the process of merging its riverfront area with Dayton, already a thriving and colorful area of restaurants, luxary condominiums and marinas.

Dayton-not to be confused with the major city of the same name in Ohio just north of Cincinnati-has homes, apartments and patio homes of varied price ranges. The communities of Bellevue and Dayton are steadily increasing in new development to contrast their historic flavor. This double community is five to seven minutes from downtown Cincinnati.
